The Luis Sepulveda Organization was Founded in August of 2020 by Koby Kobylinski. Koby grew up in the Colorado fostercare system for 15 years from the age of 2 years old until the age of 17 years old , when he was adopted , 1 year away from aging out. He is grateful to have been adopted but after losing countless foster siblings including his Foster Brother Luis to aging out he decided to do something about it , so he Founded The Luis Sepulveda Organization , to honor Luis and to provide support to the 25,000 young people who age out of the fostercare system every year.
